An incredible way to enjoy our Honey Chocolate Truffles and the drink of the season: hot chocolate.
2 each Cassata Bakery Honey Chocolate Truffles
7 ounces Whole Milk or Non-Dairy Half and Half
2 Teaspoons Cocoa Powder
1. Heat milk to a scald (before boil) and pour directly on top of cocoa and truffles.
2. Allow to sit for one minute to melt.
3. Whisk or froth and enjoy with a sprinkle of salt.
We love ours with a shot of espresso and freshly grated nutmeg.
