Our Cassata Bakery Wedding Cake is made with our signature Pan di Spagna cake sponge, scented with Tahitian vanilla and a whisper of lemon. The cake is brushed with a lemon simple syrup and layered with a creamy Meyer lemon curd and whipped mascarpone cream with a touch of Tahitian vanilla and fresh orange zest.
The Cassata Bakery Wedding Cake is a signature single tier measuring up to 36 inches in diameter. The cake is coated with freshly whipped mascarpone cream and topped with a sea of either fresh raspberries or petite floral strawberries (seasonal) and a touch of raspberry preserves. We finish our cake with an edge of bright pistachios.
