Years before Cassata Bakery, Chef Katzie Guy-Hamilton was leaving her mark leading the culinary departments at Max Brenner Chocolate and Equinox Fitness. With a passion for sweet creations and a healthy lifestyle, she learned how to enjoy the best of both worlds.
